Inland Northwest Food Historians

The Inland Northwest Food Historians is a new group of food historians in the Inland Northwest—professional and amateur food historians as well as anyone with an interest in food history. We organize lectures on food and agriculture ranging from production, culinary traditions, food policy, and consumption.

Meetings are held every other month via zoom.  Each meeting consists of one presentation with time for questions and answers.  Over time the format may allow for field trips or demonstrations.  Meeting are announced in the Lewiston Morning Tribune in the 360 section the Thursday before the meeting. Contact the organizers for the zoom link for each meeting.
